Returns Window:
You may return items within 30 days of delivery. They must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition with tags. We understand that the condition may differ in cases of defects (e.g., holes, print issues).
Refunds and Exchanges:
Refunds, exchanges, or store credits are offered based on the situation. For defective products, replacements will be provided, and we may not require the return of the original item if proof (e.g., photos) is provided. For size issues, items may need to be returned, and we will determine on a case-by-case basis who is responsible for return shipping.
Damaged or Defective Products:
For claims regarding damaged items, please provide photos of the packaging and the product issue. We will evaluate each case individually to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
Non-Returnable Items:
